In 2016, a friend and I created a cookbook called Missed Mothers which ended up being published. It acts as a tribute honouring mums who have passed away, who all had a passion for baking. The book includes mothers from the UK, Philippines, Hungary, Italy, USA and more. From well-known pastry chefs to close family and friends, they've all kindly shared their mother's recipes with us.

A donation from each cookbook went to Breast Cancer Now: a charity close to my heart,

that's dedicated to helping women and families when they need it most.
